Attendance monitoring committee aims to ensure discipline among students in terms of punctuality and everyday attendance.
To monitor students’ attendance subject-wise.
To ensure all the students are having a minimum of 75% attendance in respective subjects.
Maintain the absentee’s data strictly and inform to the parents.
The students are not allowed to take unnecessary leave without prior permission.
If a student is absent for one month, the COP will be sent to his/her address. If three copies are sent, his/her admission will be cancelled.
Counsel highly irregular students, inform their parents also. If necessary, a form of undertaking has to be furnished to the principal.
